I emailed an enquiry at 7am on the Tuesday. I had a phone call by 8.30am to discuss my query. By 2.30pm that same day the tech was at my home replacing my 30 year old Dominator door opener that died of old age with a brand new one. The tech took one hour to replace my old unit. He was clean and tidy, very knowledgeable and even took away the old unit. He explained the new unit and it’s latest technology to me.
If I could give 6 stars I would. This is easily in the top 3 service callouts I have ever had with any company I commission to work on my property.
