Our Past
Dominator SEA has been a cornerstone of the South Auckland community for over three decades, providing garage door repair and replacement solutions that stand the test of time. Our journey began as part of Dominator Garage Doors, a name synonymous with reliability and innovation in New Zealand’s garage door industry. In 2018, Garage Door Solutions took the reins, bringing fresh energy and ideas to the business. Then, in February 2023, Bekker Holdings, led by Jako Bekker, took over, continuing the tradition of excellence and pushing boundaries to deliver even better service and products.
In 2025, former All Black Charlie Faumuina became Director of Dominator South & East Auckland bringing his leadership, teamwork, and strong community values to the forefront. Under his direction, the business continues to evolve – combining trusted expertise with a renewed commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
